Writers4Peace is calling for submissions in the areas of poetry, fiction, essays, photography, art, and music. All submissions should be forwarded to the appropriate email address below, following the general and specific requirements.
general requirements for all works
• All works should reflect, target, or address a specific social justice issue.
• All works must be original, and previously unpublished in print and/or on the internet.
• For each submission, the title, genre, and word limit of the work should appear in the subject line as well as the name of the author. For example: “Fiction Submission — Dust in Haiti (1200 words) by Aidan Jude Serravalle.”
• Please include contact information, a very short bio (including a list of previous publications), and returning email address in the body of the email.
The actual work can be submitted as a Microsoft Word attachment.

poetry submissions
• Send 1 to 3 poems (maximum) to: poetry@writers4peace.com.
fiction submissions
• Send one, previously unpublished story (2500 word limit) to: fiction@writers4peace.com.
essay submissions
• Send one, previously unpublished essay (500 word limit) to: essays@writers4peace.com.
music submissions
• Send one audio file (as an attachment) with corresponding lyrics (in the body of the email or as a Word attachment) to: music@writers4peace.com.
photography submissions
• Send 1 to 3 photographs (maximum) to: photography@writers4peace.com.
